During her tenure at ad agency heavyweights such as Bates, Bozell, and TBWA, Patricia's dynamic personality and service-driven philosophy helped build business for a wide range of clients including Pfizer, Avon, Holiday Inn, KitchenAid, Merrill Lynch, T. Rowe Price, Hyundai, Merck and MapQuest. Her business talents combined with her creative eye, warm personality and experience as a 20-plus-years Manhattan resident work to assure that every buyer and seller achieve their unique residential goals.
Having 15+ years of experience on the Board of the co-op where she lives, Patricia purchased and renovated her home, so she understands the real estate process on a personal level as well. She can capably help buyers prepare board packages, visualize the potential in any space and optimize an apartment's showing.
Born, raised and educated in Maine, Patricia later moved to Hartford, Connecticut where she began her career in advertising while simultaneously studying art at the University of Hartford. She eventually moved to New York in 1971 to further her advertising career, and took evening classes at both the School of Visual Arts and the New School. Patricia, her husband, their daughter and cat Lulu live on Park Avenue and love every minute of it.
