Patricia Hopkins

Although Patty originally earned her California Real Estate license in 1991, she has worked full-time as a Realtor since 2005 and has been in Solano County since 2007. She specializes in residential properties, raw land, and ranch/country properties. She enjoys working with both buyers, sellers, and investors and has worked with both REO (bank foreclosures) and short sale transactions. She prides herself on keeping abreast of the current market trends and has earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation which has sharpened her sales and negotiating skills. Her plan to staying relevant in today's changing market includes attending our area association meetings, educational seminars and networking with her fellow Realtors, lenders and other colleagues. Patty was fortunate to have been chosen by the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors as the Realtor of the Year in 2016 and also served as their President in 2019.

She commits to her buyers and sellers to provide the absolute best customer service, always being available to her clients when they have a question or concern. Patty feels that she can also provide a superior level of service for the bank-owned properties as well, resulting in a shorter marketing time and higher sales prices.
