Patricia Karoubi

Patricia Karoubi joins The Agency Los Altos with decades of local expertise and a passion for the Bay Area’s beautiful and unique communities. A Mountain View resident herself for the past 30 years, she understands the incredible lifestyle that Silicon Valley offers with its spectacular weather, culture and diversity. She is dedicated to being a clear communicator with her clients, always available to answer questions, talk through concerns and strategize every step of the way. A keen negotiator, Patricia strives to achieve the best possible outcome for buyers and sellers alike, partnering with them to make each real estate experience a successful and pleasurable one.

With past roles in finance and retail sales, Patricia brings a focus on customer service experience to the table, as well as integrity, a strong sense of ethics and a detail-oriented approach. Over the last several years, she has gained experience as a real estate investor in Manhattan Beach and in Dallas, Texas. She is knowledgeable about remodels and holds a portfolio of investment rental properties.

She is fluent in French and Spanish and is a caring individual who has been an instrumental volunteer and contributor in the local school system. When she is not working, Patricia is an international traveler, gourmet chef, committed wife of over 30 years and loving mother to her three sons.
