She was professional in explaining the process and guiding us in preparing our home for showing. With her expertise our home had multiple offers from our first and only open house! Pat and her team are the best! Pat is very knowledgeable and has so much experience that you know you are in good hands. She is thorough, professional and great to work with. She recommended easy updates and changes to make our home more appealing to a buyer, and offered great staging ideas that cost nothing, but added so much to the 'look' of our home. We listed in February and were under contract in 3 weeks due to the plans Pat had for getting attention to our home as soon as it was listed. Good advertising for open houses and follow up to those interested. Pat was responsive to anything we needed and answered questions quickly. She was with us every step through the selling process and kept us updated throughout. A true professional and simply THE BEST to have on your side.

Pat Settar did an outstanding job listing and selling our home. We met with her months ahead of moving, and opted to go with her based on her local knowledge, experience with real estate and enthusiasm and ideas for marketing our house. Pat's photographer Ronnie certainly appears to be "the best" in the business as she described him, and his photos and Matterport enhanced our listing. Pat was always able to go above and beyond, with "business hours" seeming not to apply. She was responsive to our frequent questions and thoughts. And when any hurdles did arise, Pat was assertive about jumping into the mix in order to wrangle them. Pat's marketing got us two great offers within 24 hours of our first open house day, and she expended any effort to get us to the goal line for our swiftly scheduled settlement within a month's time from those offers. Can't say enough to recommend Pat and her team to anyone listing their home for sale, and I presume she'd put forth the same effort for a home buyer.

I am in love with my home and it’s all thanks to Pat Settar. It’s been six months and my husband and I pinch ourselves daily that we got a house we really love. Pat isn’t pushing for a sale. She truly wants you to find a place to call home. It’s a scary, overpriced market out there but she wouldn’t let us just take whatever because we wanted a house so desperately. She was realistic and strategic with the whole process. More than anything else, EVERY person she recommends is a heaven sent. Marc Pollicino and the amazing Tara Moran worked diligently with our mortgage, our inspector, the septic crew and her incredible team who would step in when she couldn’t at a moments notice. Pat and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. From the very first day I met with Pat to talk about selling my home until the closing (and even after) she was right there with solid advice and guidance. She knew right up front what I needed to look out for with possible repairs and also referred me to great people for work I needed to have done. We knew where we wanted to settle, and our non-negotiables in our new home. Like many of our friends, we were using Zillow to find homes we wanted to see and sought out Pat through a glowing friend recommendation. Pat was very friendly, responsive (texting at any time of the day), and made house hunting enjoyable and constructive. We were able to send Pat a list of houses we wanted to see and she'd take care of the rest. Because we were from out of town, it was very helpful to have Pat set up multiple viewings in one weekend afternoon.
