Patricia Tanner

Patricia Tanner is a self-made millionaire and serial entrepreneur who started her own real estate brokerage with no real estate sales experience that produced $100M in real estate transactions. Patricia founded her luxury real estate firm in 2015 and has been a force to be reckoned with ever since.

Tanner’s leadership skills have produced success for her as an entrepreneur. She increased her skill set by leading and guiding individuals on the ‘how to’ for real estate expansion and construction.

Patricia is a minority woman and a hands-on professional who specializes in brokering real estate transactions. She serves as a Broker Associate and consultant to other real estate professionals as well, showing the ins and outs of all of areas of real estate.

Her serial entrepreneur passion has granted her enlargement into new markets, with new ventures in Huntsville, AL and Atlanta, GA. Tanner also specializes in the development of new construction where she capitalizes off of scattered lots.

With an immense heart for her community, Tanner is the CEO and founder of the Non-Profit Organization: Stones 2 Homes, Inc. She founded this organization which provides resources to assist first time home buyers to overcome financial hardships and credit disadvantages, leading them to a successful path towards home ownership. With education being at the foundation and core of Tanner, she has received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UCF, with a specialty in Human Resources. She went on to obtain her master’s degree in public Administration from Troy University and a Master of Art in Human Resources Management from Webster’s University.

Through her visions she will continue to grow as an entrepreneur and is willing to share her knowledge, experience, and expertise with anyone who is willing to learn. She is leading the way in training and equipping her agents to be the top in the industry. Patricia and her team have helped hundreds of buyers find luxury homes and mansions in the Sanford area, and as the company grows, they seek to bring as many agents to the top with them.
