Patrick Bailey

Patrick Bailey graduated with a Masters of Architecture from Arizona State and entered real estate immediately thereafter, focusing on construction and renovation. He married a very talented interior designer and together they spend weekends exploring new-build designer homes and touring furniture galleries. Patrick is an expert in the real estate transaction world and spends much of his time brokering traditional real estate deals for buyers and sellers while managing the office team, but he brings a flair for renovation, recognizing “good bones” for investor clients, and he completes his own construction and renovation projects with his wife as well. They reside in Gilbert area with their two young children.
