Prior to joining Compass in 2021, Patrick has a proven track record of success in residential real estate sales, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail development sales team. He has built a reputation as one of Vail’s top real estate agents after starting with LIV Sotheby's International Realty back in 2011. Patrick’s sale of 424 Forest Road for $19M in 2019 was nominated by Inman Golden I Award in the category of Best mountain sale of 2019. In 2019, Patrick was ranked #8 in sales production of more than 700 agents in the Vail Valley with $35M in sales. The Stockton Group, Vail has been the Valley’s #1 producing real estate team for the past several years.

Having lived in the Vail Valley for more than 14 years, Patrick is a market expert in the many diverse neighborhoods and communities that surround the world-class ski resorts of Vail & Beaver Creek.
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, where he double-majored in International Business and Marketing, with a minor in Spanish Language & Literature. He is an avid telemark skier, hiker, cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. Patrick lives in the community of EagleVail with his wife, Meredith, son, Walker and daughter, Bailey.
