Patrick listed our home in New London PA. He gave us excellent advice on staging and preparing our home to be put on the market. His advice on listing price was right on and gave us the advice at the right time to lower our price to gain additional client interest. During final selling negotiations he helped us negotiate between two prospective buyers and got us the highest selling price available. When repairs were required to the home he lined up and worked directly with the contractors to get the repairs done and within budget. I highly recommend Patrick as he is a true Real Estate Professional!

My wife and I initially met Patrick in January 2011. During our search it seemed like we looked at a minimum of 30 different homes. After about 6 months of looking we decided to build. Nearly a full year after we first started looking we moved in to our new home in Century Oak. Patrick was always very patient and accomodating and not once did he show any frustration. He made, what is an extremely stressful process, very enjoyable. He worked dilligently to help us get the home that was perfect for us.
