Patrick Dilanian

Patrick Dilanian serves as Vice President of Investments at RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, mixed-use, and industrial properties. His practice is primarily focused on Northeast Los Angeles, including the submarkets of Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Atwater Village, Glassell Park, Cypress Park, Lincoln Heights, Los Feliz, East Hollywood, Mt. Washington, and Rampart Village.

Mr. Dilanian has established a reputation for delivering consistent results while maintaining a strong commitment to his clients’ long-term success and profitability. His professional opinion is highly regarded, and his market expertise is trusted by clients and colleagues alike. He has been interviewed by Marketplace.org, with his commentary featured on National Public Radio (NPR) as Highland Park’s leading commercial producer. Mr. Dilanian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). He is widely respected within the commercial real estate community for his professionalism, integrity, and market expertise.
