Patrick Gee

Patrick has lived in Richmond all his life except for his years at Hampden-Sydney College, where he graduated with a BA in History and a concentration in Political Science. Growing up around the business, Patrick knew upon graduation that Real Estate was in his future, and he joined his father Philip Gee, who has been in the business for over 30 years, in October of 2006. He continued his education as a real estate professional and have earned designations such as: Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) in 2008, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) in 2009, and his Broker’s License in 2010. Patrick was also featured in Richmond Association of Realtors "Listed" magazine as one of Richmond’s Outstanding Young Agents in 2010. Patrick has been a consistent top producer since his start in Real Estate to the present. With his experience in Real Estate and the familiarity he has with his hometown, Patrick was able to provide a superior level of service to his clients with regards to any of their Real Estate needs.

Personal

Patrick is married to his childhood friend, Molly. They currently reside in the near West End of Richmond. They have four children Olivia, Philip, Anne-Henri, and William as well as their beloved dog, Deuce. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, squash, golf, hunting, and fishing. His family is active members of St. Bridget Catholic Church and The Westwood Club.
