About Patrick

Patrick Higgins started visiting Amelia Island in 1994. When it was time to start a family, he moved here in the summer of 2000. Starting his career in Environmental Consulting, Patrick learned the due diligence phase of real estate transactions. Then working in permitting for the Nassau County Health Department, Patrick was brought to every corner of Nassau County to inspect properties for compliance. When he is not listing homes, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, relaxing at the beach, playing golf, or cruising around in the backwaters of Amelia Island.
