Patrick Hourihane

Born and raised in the Seacoast of NH, Patrick is a wealth of knowledge in both commercial and residential area real estate. Patrick received his bachelor's degree at the University of New Hampshire and has been an active full-time real estate broker for over 20 years. He currently holds a Brokers designation in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. He is experienced in many aspects of real estate including foreclosures, estates, "HUD" homes, short sales, commercial/Industrial, multifamily, waterfront, land development, and more. Patrick also offers a unique consultation service for developers or municipalities interested in determining feasibility of potential projects. Patrick has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of the Rochester Governmental Affairs committee, a member of the Rochester Opera House board of Directors, and the McGregor Memorial EMS board of directors. He is also an active member of the National, Maine, and New Hampshire association of REALTORS. Patrick currently resides in Dover, NH with his wife Sarah, principal architect of Lassel Architects in South Berwick, and their two Children.
