Patrick Nollinger

Born in San Francisco, Patrick moved with his family to the westside of Los Angeles at a young age. During his high school years, he entered into sales for his father's company. He continued into the hospitality industry which brought him to New York City. Soon after, he found the spark to enter into real estate which has always been a dream Patrick's wanted to pursue.

Patrick's main focus is the rental and sales market in Manhattan, which grew from his French roots and interest in interior design esthetics, layouts in homes, and culture. His passion for real estate comes from his excitement to check every box on his clients’ list and find exactly what they are looking for. He holds himself to a very high standard of dedication to providing the utmost quality, service, and reliability.

He lives locally in the East Village with his wife and pup Bisous. His hobbies are listening to great music, enjoying time with his wife and dog and he spends a lot of his free time exploring every part of the city’s restaurants, parks, and outdoor activities.
