Known for placing his clients’ needs, goals, and objectives first in every transaction, Patrick offers communication, negotiation, and project management skills in combination with in-depth knowledge of the Twin Cities real estate market.
A full-time, licensed real estate agent with more than sixteen years of extensive experience in the industry, he works with both sellers and buyers. Prior to becoming a realtor, Patrick held the position of Government Affairs Director for the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR). In that position, he advocated for homeowners and homeownership and is a strong supporter of a healthy and sustainable real estate market.
As a member of the REALTOR® family, Patrick derives much of his strength through leadership roles and involvement in his community. He has served on the board of directors of several local organizations and as a member of numerous community advisory committees. Currently, Patrick serves on the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS (SPAAR), Board of Directors, and SPAAR's REALTOR Charitable Foundation. At the state level, Patrick serves on the Minnesota Association of REALTORS Board of Directors, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and Nominating Committee. He also serves on the National Association of REALTORS' Board of Directors and Leading Edge Advisory Board.
Patrick served as the 2020 President of SPAAR's Board of Directors and was the recipient of SPAAR's 2020 REALTOR of the Year Award. In 2018, he was awarded SPAAR's William Tschohl/James Stanton Distinguished Service Award.
