Prior to real estate, Patrick spent years as the most profitable salesperson at his family’s $50 million, 200-employee printing company in Rockville. Patrick later assumed roles as sales manager and president of the company. With sweeping changes to the industry, he was instrumental in the tough decision to close the successful company while it was still profitable. Helping to facilitate the sale of their 100,000 -square-foot facility and, later, negotiating leases for his own small business led Patrick to pursue his interest in real estate full time. He naturally gravitated toward residential real estate so he can work one-on-one with clients.
