About Patrick
Patrick Taylor has been a proud resident of Upper Greenwood Lake since 1988, where he and his wife raised their two kids and settled happily into lake life. Born in 1962—the same year the Mets were created—Patrick grew up with a sense of optimism, loyalty, and the ability to handle disappointment with humor… traits that pair surprisingly well with real estate. He’s a lifelong fan of baseball, football, and hockey, cheering for the Mets, Raiders, and Rangers with equal enthusiasm.
Before jumping into real estate, Patrick spent decades in the supermarket industry, working his way up to store manager before retiring from the grocery world in 2015. He became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2014 and now proudly serves both New Jersey and New York. Patrick goes above and beyond for his clients—literally. He has helped buyers and sellers everywhere from Cape May in South Jersey to Ulster County in New York State. If his clients need him, distance isn’t a problem.
If his clients need him, distance isn’t a problem.
His background in management, customer service, and community engagement shaped what he considers his most important professional skill: the “client first” approach. That means being accessible, listening closely, communicating clearly, and responding quickly—because your priorities are his priorities. Patrick brings integrity, negotiation strength, and deep market knowledge to every transaction, specializing in Northern New Jersey across Morris, Passaic, Bergen, and Sussex counties as well as Orange and Rockland county in New York. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just curious about the market, he’s always happy to talk about real estate.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys gardening, plants, and diving into local and world history—especially World War II and Pearl Harbor. When he’s not exploring a trail or reading about the past, you’ll likely find him outside appreciating the scenery or coaxing one more plant onto the porch.
Supporting those who serve is important to Patrick, and he’s a proud affiliate of Veterans United. With deep community roots, genuine enthusiasm, and a friendly, casual style, Patrick is the trusted resource clients rely on to guide them home.
