Patrick Wolgemuth

Being part Inupiaq and growing up between Anchorage and the Alaska Native village of Utqiagvik, Patrick saw an opportunity to help people and their families grow through Real Estate investing. He became licensed in 2015 and has assisted numerous people in transactions throughout the state, including selling the largest housing development built in Utqiagvik since the nineties. He is well versed in adapting to rural development standards and problem solving with clients, agents, and lenders to help buyers and sellers cross the finish line to a closed deal.

Outside of real estate, he is a family man, an avid fisherman and a sports fan. He loves spending time with his two young children and wife building forts in his living room to adventuring throughout the state.
