When working with a real estate professional, you have the right to expect a level of service, knowledge, integrity, and commitment that is second to none. Real estate transactions, whether purchases or sales, are complex and often daunting, and considered by many to be one of life's major events.
In the current unstable and unpredictable market, the professionalism of your Realtor is even more important. You have enough to think about, without worrying whether your representative will do what is best for you and your family; and that is why it is important to take such pride in one’s work.
My name is Patty Fusco. I have lived in Arizona since 1968. She attended Moon Valley High School where I met my husband Mike and we have been married for 35 years and have three adult married children and eight precious grandchildren. She loves the area and the community. Being involved in community activities is not only personally rewarding but provides me with additional information that can be especially useful in my chosen profession. She is the past President of the GFWC Peoria-West Valley Woman’s Club and is also on the Sister City commission with the City of Peoria; our Sister City is Newtownards, Ireland.
When considering your next real estate transaction, give Patty a call or send her an email. She provides free market research reports for both buyers and sellers and will help you make the right decision and see it through your transaction through to a successful conclusion.
Being a Realtor is more than just being a real estate agent. It is about experience and integrity. As she said at the beginning, service excellence is a right, not a privilege. You have come to the right place. Patty looks forward to serving you.
