Patty Gapinski

Patty has lived in Anchorage for 43+ years. Having been a military child, she grew up in California, Washington State, Florida, and Alaska. She graduated from Bartlett High School here in Anchorage and went on to obtain her Bachelors of Education from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Patty is a retired teacher with the Anchorage School District having taught at Ptarmigan Elementary, Willow Crest Elementary, Huffman Elementary, and Hanshew Middle School. She found a love for "touring open houses", and decided to get her real estate license. She is passionate about knowing the market, and making sure her clients are happy with their most important purchase! She has strong negotiation skills and a strong work ethic. She is a Realtor who loves to "educate" her clients about the market and the real estate process. Patty has two sons, Chris and Eric, daughter-in-law Tabatha, and granddaughter Harper. Her hobbies include Golf, reading, spinning classes, yoga, and walking her new Goldendoodle, Rusty.
