Patty Kowatch is a true gem. After briefly working with another real estate agent didn't really seem to have time for us, we were referred to Patty by a friend, who had only the best things to say about her. Once we started working with Patty, the whole house-hunt changed dramatically. Even though the process is and always will be super stressful, Patty did everything she could (above and beyond the call of duty for any real estate agent) to smooth the process out for us. Patty made us feel like we were the most important clients, even though we know she works like mad and helps a ton of people, and even though our budget was not very high, so it's not exactly like we were big fish. She was extremely responsive, took us to see all the places we wanted to, sent us listings that met our search criteria, and asked questions we never would have thought to ask to help us weed out any unsuitable places. She is smart, knowledgeable, persistent, hardworking, and above all, the kindest person you'll ever meet. Her goal is to get each of her clients into the perfect home for them, and she works tirelessly to make it happen. As a bonus, she also knows a lot of people, so when we needed various services, she made a few recommendations that we then vetted and picked from ourselves, and I can honestly say that I am very happy to have worked with all the people she connected us to. I am so grateful that we had her on our side, and I can't wait to invite her to see the work we've done on the home she helped us find. She's someone I hope stays in our lives, because once you know Patty, you love Patty, and you miss her when you don't get to see her weekly anymore.

Patty is a very informed and professional realtor that does an amazing job! She is also very personable, and as a first time home buyer I never felt silly asking questions and getting guidance from her each and every step of the way. She was quick to respond to email, text and phone calls around the clock. She had our best interest in mind from day one and worked with us before, during and after the lockdown for covid to help us buy our first home. She was up to date on the market and never gave up hope for us! We were so lucky to have her on our side and we look forward to recommending her to anyone in need of a realtor.

Patty is amazing to work with in finding a home. She is a professional and delightful to work with in finding my new home, even during this pandemic. She has helped us overcome all the obstacles. Her navigation of the loan process was great and she was able to manage the pieces for a quick response.
I will return to her for my next home if I choose to move.
