Patty Ward Hendrix

Patty was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina, and is a 1983 graduate of the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Upon graduation, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, and began her real estate career with Harry Norman Realtors. She has continued in real estate for 38 years. She has been a consistent Top Producer for many years – averaging $20–$40 million in annual sales. Patty was the co–founder of HM Properties in 2006.

Patty is the mother of Will (26), Jody (24) and Ben (18). Her passions include travel, reading, sports, yoga, painting, and decorating. She is active in the Charlotte community and is a member of the Myers Park Presbyterian Church, Mint Museum of Art Auxiliary, Women of Vision, Carolina First Women’s Leadership Council and Charlotte Regional Realtors Association. She is also involved with the NC State Shelton Leadership and is a mentor for the UNC Shuford Program in Entrepreneurship. In the past, Patty served on the advisory boards for Women in Business at the Kenan Flagler Business School and the YMCA.
