I have enjoyed working in the real estate industry since 1976 primarily as a home builder, property developer and real estate broker. I have worked the last 27 years within the Snohomish, Skagit and Island County areas. In the course of my career, I have gained vast experience in all phases of residential construction, design and land development. I have participated in countless real estate transactions as both a buyer and a seller of homes and land. My experience with land development includes surveying, utility construction, road building, wetland and erosion management, forestry management, and grading issues. I understand construction and development permitting, zoning and planning, environmental and wetland issues, and erosion and storm water pollution prevention issues. I enjoy consulting and working with clients with their building, design and land issues.
I am a member of Master Builders of Snohomish and King County, Skagit/Island County Builders Association, Northwest Multiple Listing Service, Snohomish County-Camano Association of Realtors and Commercial Brokers Association. I have a Certified Soil and Erosion Control Lead certification from the Building Industry Association of Washington.
I am on the board of directors at the Museum of Northwest Art in La Conner; I serve on their executive and auction committees and chair their facilities committee. I am also a former member of Rotary International. For my leisure time I enjoy bicycling and hiking, and spending time with my wife Lourdes, who is my business partner, and our two daughters. I have lived in the Seven Lakes/Warm Beach area of North Snohomish County for the last 23 years.
