About Paul
Paul DeSantis is an accomplished broker associate in the South Tampa office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Originally from New Jersey, he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Central Florida. Paul planned on attending medical school but decided to pursue his passion for a real estate sales career immediately upon graduation.
Since beginning his real estate career in 2005, he has had a distinguished track record of success in Tampa Bay and Sarasota luxury real estate markets. Paul has participated in over 500 closed transactions and has earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Paul is a resident of downtown Tampa. He and his wife, a medical professional at Moffitt Cancer Center, and their young son enjoy the lifestyle of this emerging and highly desirable location. He has participated in the sale of residences in numerous downtown condominium buildings and as a listing associate, and he has established record-breaking price-per-square-foot sales in two different buildings. In addition, he also holds the record for the condo with highest price-per-square-foot sale in the history of downtown Tampa.
Beyond real estate sales, Paul's other lifelong passion is for ice hockey. He is a participant in several competitive men's hockey leagues and lives within walking distance to the Amalie Arena where he is a season ticket holder for the Tampa Bay Lightning. His other interests include backpacking, hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time with his golden retriever.
