Paul is a lifelong local with deep roots in the Syracuse area. He attended Ed Smith Elementary, CBA for middle school, and Nottingham High School before graduating from CBA. He continued his education at Cazenovia College and Buffalo State College before returning home to launch a successful landscape and construction business.
Paul’s journey has always been grounded in hard work, creativity, and community. He married his high school sweetheart—something he never thought possible—and after 19 years of marriage, they’re still going strong. Together, they’re raising two boys, now 18 and 15, who keep life interesting and full of energy.
With a natural ability to see potential where others might not, Paul has a gift for envisioning what a space could become—and the skills to bring that vision to life. This perspective inspired his transition into real estate, where he now helps others find not just a house, but a place they can truly make their own.
