About Paul

Paul chose to become a realtor after retiring from a 24-year career as a high school guidance counselor and history teacher. Over the last 16 years, he’s found success because, according to his clients, he’s responsive, adaptable, and has the market knowledge and listening skills this profession requires. He joined Bradford Real Estate in 2012 and received the firm’s Top Producing Agent Award in 2014 and 2016.

Paul is not solely dependent upon his real estate business for his income, he can be both patient and flexible which are important assets for negotiating the best deal for his clients. He is a long-standing member of the Denver Board of Realtors and through their continuing education classes is on top of area real estate trends, which benefits his clients.
