Paul Kerza

Paul Kerza has been working in real estate since 2000, starting his career as a regulatory and entitlement consultant for real estate developers in Southern California. He then moved on to work as Project Manager for a Manhattan Beach, CA based developer where he entitled 400 residential units and managed construction of seven residential communities. Paul started Kerza Development in 2013 which is now focused on new construction builds and remodeling homes for resale.

After successfully selling homes in the South Bay of Los Angeles for 15 years, he relocated the business to Wilmington, NC in 2024. From one coast to another, Paul’s passion for developing and selling custom coastal inspired homes continues.
