Paul and Julie were the best realtors we could've asked for! As first-time home buyers, we were alone in the wilderness until we found Paul and Julie. Both are incredibly knowledgeable about home construction, identifying unique assets and potential concerns. They really listen to what you want from a home, and found many great options.

Paul and Julie were incredibly responsive, accommodating late-night calls and last-minute tour requests to comply with our hectic schedules. We sent emails/texts back and forth all of the time so that everything was prepared for closing. They helped guide us through so many critical inflection points!

They were also fantastic negotiators! We only put in one bid and came in under asking price, which is incredibly rare in this market (2021). They were amazing coaches and cheerleaders in the negotiating process!

Finally, we love that Paul and Julie genuinely love Richmond! They're raising two generations of family there, and they know so much about the city. As a couple not from Virginia, their recommendations were invaluable to us. Paul and Julie have a great dynamic, playing to each other's strengths.

We love our new home so much that I don't see us moving anytime soon; however, if we were, we would DEFINTELY use Paul and Julie again!

I’ve worked with Paul on three real estate transactions over the last year and a half, one sale and two purchases. He is great to work with! He is knowledgeable, prepared and pays attention to the details. He’s also pleasant and has a great attitude, which is often important in navigating the frequently wild world of real estate.
Recently, we worked together to sell the house that he helped me purchase in 2019 and to buy my new home. Between that first purchase and its sale, he went from Paul to Team Mallory when Julie Mallory joined him. They are terrific duo and handled everything down to the smallest deal from staging to closing. And as they say the proof is in the pudding! The first day the house was shown was a Thursday. There were over 25 viewings and 13 offers, all of which were above the listing price and most substantially over it. By the end of that weekend, I accepted and finalized an offer. They then helped me locate and buy the home that will be my last and final. And they’re still helping by sharing information on construction professionals for renovation and updates at my new home.
They are consummate professionals, and very nice, helpful, caring people. I recommended them highly.

Paul and Julie make up a fantastic team! If you want to sell your home quickly and get the best price, I would highly recommend them. Paul understands all aspects of contracting, negotiates fairly, and will make sure your desires are accounted for. Julie is always available to answer your questions, and they both will work with you to make your home appealing to potential buyers. Their marketing skills are the best - which attributes to their success!
