What can I say??? If you want info about the going-on’s in Conshy, Paul is your guy! Paul was always punctual and I never felt pressured. I could take as long or as little as I liked in each home I visited. I was a first time home buyer and Paul was perfect for my needs. I did interview other realtors and no one was a amazing as Paul! I’d go through this experience again with him! (Updated 2/27/21)...and I did go through this experience again with Paul. This time he helped in the selling and buying processes. Everything on Paul’s end was seamless. Paul handled everything without issue even through COVID. Trust in Paul is my home selling/buying motto!

Hands down, Paul cares about his clients! His patience and understanding while my wife and I searched the market for over a year was greatly appreciated. Paul was timely with responding to questions and provided property information when requested. He is flexible with his schedule for showings as well. We will work with Paul again for our next property. Class act.

UPDATE 11/7/19: We will continue to work with Paul for all real estate needs. He has now been with us through the purchase of our first home, sale of our first home and now purchase of our second. He truly cares about his clients and makes himself available at all times of the day! Awesome realtor, and especially a good friend.

My husband Michael and I sold our home in Norristown unexpectedly and without and agent and without listing it. Yes it sounds great right! Thats what we thought as well. Well even though it saved us money I would never recommend selling a home without an agent. There are so many little untold things that homeowners/sellers need to know in order to sell a home. If it wasn't for Paul throwing us some tips along the process of selling our home we would have never been able to do so.
Paul went above and beyond all expectations from day one of helping us find our forever home. From my 1000 questions and concerns he never once made us (me) feel like he didn't want to be bothered. He was hands on 100% of the time. We went through the application process and settlement all within 21 days. What was very stressful for us at times, however Paul made the stress just fade away with his high spirited worry free ways!

I can't say enough good things about Paul. We interviewed 5 real estate agents and are very happy we chose Paul. His knowledge of the area would rival that of a local historian! He gave us all the information we asked for in a very timely manner and never had an issue with us changing our minds on what we wanted or even rescinding an offer. When my husband and I were looking at homes we were working full time and living in separate cities. We could only house hunt on the weekends. So for two Saturdays in a row Paul drove us up and down the 422 corridor looking at houses. He was patient and knowledgable and explained why one might not be a good fit for us without being pushy. Once we found the one, our house, Paul was able to get a quick settlement. It was a smooth operation. I happily recommend him. More than being a good realtor he gives a lot to the community.

If it were possible, I would give Paul 10 stars!

I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Paul over the last 18 years. He sold me my first property in Conshy and the next two as my family grew. Paul was very knowledgeable about the communities and routinely showed me properties immediately as they became available on the market. He facilitated the closing process and ensured that there were no complications at the closing table.

The one thing I really appreciate about Paul is that he closely listened to what I was looking for in a property and only showed me properties that fit my needs and resources. He did not waste my time on properties that were not a good fit.

Additionally, Paul has assisted with the rental of one of my properties. He advertises and vets candidates to ensure I have quality tenants. He takes all the hassle out of contracting and coordinates all the logistics.

As a life long resident of Conshohocken he knows the people, places, and processes for success. I look forward to many more years of support from Paul.

Paul has been our realtor over 15 years and for several real estate transactions. He knows the local market and understands what is necessary to sell or buy any particular property. More important, he is very responsive and helpful. In the last transfer, he put the property on the market within 24 hours, consulted with us on the strategy, and processed the paperwork efficiently. Paul made certain there were no surprises at closing. He made it so easy for us. You can't get any better than Paul.
