A native of the area, Paul has deep roots in Southern Colorado and is passionate about helping clients navigate the local real estate market. He learned the ropes of the industry from his mentor and aunt, JoAnn Grenard, and is grateful for her guidance.
After earning his Master’s degree, Paul and his wife, Zoey, moved back to Cañon City from New York City to start their family. With a strong local knowledge and an ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®, Paul is dedicated to helping people find the right home in Fremont County. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and has created a helpful “step by step” guide for first-time homebuyers.
Known for his problem-solving skills and a “client-first” approach, Paul is tech-savvy and an excellent communicator—always available to clients, with zero unread emails in his inbox. With an educational and working background in design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Paul brings a creative edge to his real estate marketing strategies.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys DIY home projects, gardening, art, reading, biking, gaming and spending time with his wife, daughters, family, friends, and their dog - Pooka.
