Paul Redmond loves all of Los Angeles and has called it home for over 30 years; enjoying all it has to offer while pursuing various careers. As a photographer, Paul has been invited into people's lives and workplaces for portraits and special occasions. Working in the film industry, he coordinated with local businesses and scouted the Greater Los Angeles Area from ocean to desert. As a developer, he researched and located properties that successfully added value for his investors.
Paul also gets involved in the community. He has been a longtime member of his area Chamber of Commerce, for the past 20 years. He volunteers with Pablove Shutterbugs, mentoring kids battling cancer. Now, as a Realtor, Paul represents families who want to list or purchase their L.A. home. Creative experience, knowledge of the city, and client-focused service come together to support his clients in achieving their goals.
Moving in and out of houses is in Paul’s DNA. His family relocated a lot when he was growing up. By the time he left for college, Paul lived in three countries, 14 cities, and attended at least that many schools. This makes Paul intimately familiar with the process clients and their families must go through. Having adjusted to change, new friends, and new neighborhoods, he appreciates the personal impact moving has on his clients. Whether buying or selling a home, it’s disruptive, it's exciting, and many documents must be considered, reviewed, and signed. Emotions can rise and fall every step of the way and Paul’s role is to smooth the waters and offer guidance. He actively listens to and responds to his client’s wants and needs every step of the way.
With a breadth of personal and professional experience, clients will find that Paul’s people skills are solid. He is used to working in dynamic, chaotic, and at times tense situations, always with an eye on producing results. His role is to build consensus and get everyone going in the same direction towards closing the deal. Clear communication, smooth coordination, and attention to detail work to the advantage of his clients, while protecting their interests.
In some ways, Paul has been preparing to help buyers and sellers his whole life; whether it's staging and marketing the home to be listed, searching for that fixer with great bones to renovate, or finding that deal in an overlooked niche neighborhood. He is continually informed on the market and prepared to guide clients through the transaction.
