Paul Ringon is a South Florida native, born and raised in Fort Lauderdale. As a first-generation American, he saw how hard his parents worked to build a life here. His mom, a nurse to this day, always treats her patients and peers with compassion and kindness. Paul’s dad, who was a craftsman and perfectionist, taught him to do things right and to take pride in both the work and the results.
Since 2013, Paul has kept those values at the core of his real estate business, infusing his natural creativity, diligence, and tenacity never afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty or throw on the boxing gloves to fight for his clients. From beginning to end, he not only focuses on making sure every client feels they have been well taken care of but that they have had some fun along the way. He constantly encourages his agents to hone their skills, build trusting relationships, and seek out ways to improve the overall experience.
Before his career in real estate, Paul was owner and creative director of a branding and marketing agency, and that set of talents continues to prove beneficial to clients and his team alike. A big supporter of community organizations, Paul has served as a board member of multiple nonprofits, including the Humane Society of Broward County, UCF Southeast Alumni Chapter, and Handy, a 501 (c)(3) that focuses on embracing and empowering underprivileged youth.
When he is not hunting for homes, hyping up a new property, or touring construction sites, you can easily find him boating along South Florida’s waterways, indulging at one of his favorite eateries, or spending much deserved quality time with his husband, dog, and family. After all, he is never shy to let anyone know that he is a person first and an agent second. It is life’s daily experiences and moments that allow him to connect on a personal level with everyone he meets.
