About Paul

Paul grew up in Malden, MA a Northern suburb of Boston. Paul received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Northeastern University and Certification in Medical Technology. Paul worked at the famed New England Deaconess Hospital and Joslin Diabetes Clinic for several years before leaving for the private Biomedical sector.

Paul has held several positions including Technical Product Specialist, Customer Support Manager. Blood Gas and Electrolyte Product Manager and Regional Sales Representative for International companies including Johnson and Johnson, AMDEV and NOVA Biomedical.

Paul and wife Diane owned 2 Dunkin Donuts Franchises in Marlboro, MA also for 11 years prior to relocating to North Carolina in 1995. Paul started his Real Estate career in 1997 and joined Clayton, NC Builder and Developer Ashley Turner in 2000 to form Columbus Real Estate which Paul purchased in 2003 and then affiliated with a National Franchisor.

Paul is currently Broker and Co-Owner of Century 21 Triangle Group (Cary) as well as Director of the MOVE Real Estate Academy where Paul teaches. Paul enjoys Mentoring and Training new Agents as well.
