We recently worked together selling my childhood home after my father passed away. He was on top of all issues and communicated them clearly.

My experience with Paul Viereck was exceptional, Paul spend a lot of time helping my wife and I through a very tough part of our final retirement home, Paul was was there for us on many occasions as we looked and looked for our new home to down size in. we always felt he was totally honest with us with his impute on every house, and in the end we got just what we were looking for. the prefect house. Paul was wonderful to work with through our whole process. He had to deal with us for two years getting our home ready to sell and purchasing a new home. It was a pleasure to work with him and while I am glad for the process to be over, if we are ever back in the market to sell or buy I will be reaching out. He was responsive, professional, and sympathetic when things didn’t go our way. Our kids grew to love going on showings because they could see “Mr. Paul” and still ask for him! Paul Viereck has done it again! We first used Paul back in 2017 when we purchased our first home. This year, we contacted Paul again to help us sell that home and help us through the process of purchasing a new construction through Ryan Homes. We were just as pleased with our experience now as we were back in 2017.
Paul was super responsive, communicative, answered all questions (even the ridiculous ones), and always gave us his honest opinion. He made selling our home look easy and got us more than we initially thought we would. When it came to buying a new construction, Paul was there with us each step of the way to lay out our options, ask questions that we had never even thought of, and just make sure we were on the same page as the builders.
We settled in October and it looked a bit different than it did in 2017, because of COVID-19. When we arrived at settlement we were told to remain in our vehicle to fill out the paperwork, alone. Thankfully Paul was there, socially distanced of course, to guide us through each document.
I'd recommend Paul Viereck to anyone, whether you're buying a home, selling your home, or both!

Paul Viereck is an amazing realtor. Paul was very responsive when requesting a showing. Buying a house is never easy but with Paul it turned out to be easier than we thought. He knew what we wanted and knew as soon as we saw a possible house whether or not it was a good fit for us. Paul always made himself available to us whenever we had questions or concerns. Being first time home owners we were able to depend on Paul to find us the best of the best for our budget. Paul Viereck is an absolute gem of a realtor! He is responsive, well-informed, and super trustworthy. We used Paul to buy our house back in 2018 and then to sell it (above asking!) in 2020.
