Paula Gerez

Paula is a proud resident of Westchester. She believes there's no other place quite like the Westside of Los Angeles. The key to helping clients is in how you connect with each of them – this allows her to provide an unmatched level of service, which creates a clear path towards their goals.

As an active agent under Cavanaugh Realtors, Paula proudly leads the Gerez Team, taking the team to greater heights with her out-of-the-box thinking, creative negotiating strategies, and extensive knowledge on many facets of remodeling and renovations.

Paula passionately supports the American Heart Association and is equally passionate about her community in Westchester, President of the Neighborhood Council of Westchester, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista as well as serving as the Neighborhood Watch Block Captain. Paula strongly supports the LAPD year round and also hosts their Pacific Division annual neighborhood Santa visit. Paula lives in Westchester with her husband John and their daughter.
