Paula is amazing! We talked about all the things I looked for in a house and she brought many quality properties to the table. Every one of them had potential, but didn't click like the last property that we looked at. Immediately both of us knew it was the one! I was a first time homebuyer and fell in love with this house, but had a bidding war. Paula was able to pull some strings so while I was out of town on vacation, the sellers had to wait 24 hours to let my parents go look at the house and we could submit a final counter offer. When everything was approved by my parents, she sent in my final offer. She called me on Saturday to ask if I could close a month early and low-and-behold she said they accepted my offer. I was jumping for joy in the museum and she calmed me down to talk about the specifics. She asked if I remembered the flat screen TV that was above the fireplace. They had thrown that and the surround sound system in too! My brother made the comment that i would have to buy a flat screen tv since there was no place to put one, but above the fireplace. She took that into consideration and just on a whim, she went the extra mile to make my first time home buying experience even more amazing!!!!! I do not want to sell Mrs. Hooven short by just saying the house was a steal, but she helped me negotiate all the things that needed to be fixed with the house. All of the plumbing was replaced due to the type of pipe material used, boards to be replaced for possible mold issues, and various little items to make sure there was no need for any work to be done when I moved in the home. She showed me what to look for when purchasing a home, pointed out all the issues with each home we looked at, and explained the potential problems that I could have. Not only did Mrs. Hooven make my first homebuying experience painless, but she was very informative and always had a smile on her face! I tried a couple and hands down, no one can compare to Mrs. Hooven! AMAZING, FUN, INFORMATIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND THE BEST REALTOR IN THE AREA!
