Words can’t describe how amazing it was working with Paxton! We found out towards the end of our rent lease that we needed more attention and help then we anticipated from a realtor. So we called Paxton from an email we had after we gotten our preapproval amount. When we called our biggest concern was if we could get into a place within two months or if we need to look for another apartment. Her assurance and confidence really inspired us to keep searching and use her as our realtor. Being first time home buyers we had many questions! Paxton never hesitated to send a quick text or email with the answer and was always available for a call! Once we started looking for places with her, she sent us a bunch of properties to look at and we were free to look on our own as well. She was able to help us stay within our approved amount and would quickly give us any info on a house that we weren’t aware of! If we found a place at 8 at night we wanted to go to, Paxton could schedule us the next available time right away! Once we told her what we preferred and Paxton gave us all the ideas possible to make our contract better and asked others questions to get us the best deal! Once we got our offer accepted she answered every question that came up and could verify that everyone was who they were and if any emails were malicious or not! Paxton explained every document and was happy to hold our hand the whole process. She even joined us on every walk thru and she has an amazing sense of humor! Her personality was fantastic and meshed well with us and what we needed in a realtor! We will be using Paxton for all future real estate transactions! I highly recommend her and will recommend her to any random person. Thank you for all your hard work Paxton!

Paxton, a real estate agent, helped us buy our dream home. She listened to what we wanted and helped us find a comfy home. Paxton was always at our service, and would email us right away if a house came up. We appreciate her kindness, generosity, and her patience through this process. Paxton Potter was so awesome to work with! She was always there to answer questions at all hours of the day. She fought to get incentives included in our new build home, and new what questions to ask the builder if we couldn't think of any. Definitely recommend working with her for all future real-estate needs!

Paxton is an absolutely wonderful agent! Throughout the entire home buying/selling process she was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the Aurora and Northern Colorado regions. She worked extremely hard to make everything come together smoothly and took care of everything so I could concentrate on moving.

She was able to sell my home and get me into my dream home on the timeline I wanted without much issue. I would recommend Paxton and Start to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Denver area! I'm super happy with my new home and I'm settling in nicely thanks to her!

Paxton made my experience being a first-time home buyer very smooth and she exceeded all my expectations. She provided strong support throughout the entire process and was very responsive with any questions I had.
