We interviewed other agents, but from the moment we met Pearl and Randy, we knew they were the team to go with. Aside from being down to earth, lovable people, they impressed us with their level of experience and depth of knowledge about the real estate market. They really took the time to explain the market trends specific to our area, and gave us valuable advice on preparing the property for sale. Pearl and Randy both went above and beyond by giving us hands-on help staging the home and coordinating inspections.

Once listed, we received a cash offer within 5 days. It came with a very tight timeline and a challenging buyer. Every step of the way, Pearl and Randy were there to help us through each hurdle. At times, the help came in the form of emotional support when we became stressed to the limit! They always responded quickly to our calls for help.

Our situation was unique as we came to California to sell our parents home. We are not locals and we're fortunate enough to meet Pearl, Randy and Mark. We first met them a few years ago and had such a wonderful experience, that we decided to reach out about hiring them to help even though we are not in the same city. Lucky for us, they said yes! Pearl is extremely knowledgeable, warm and friendly, professional but also a no-nonsense transparent person. I really appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond for us, we alway felt like she was on our team and ready to work extra hard. Randy is the one who made the drive to show us the properties, and his knowledge of what to look for and what were red flags was very helpful
In the decision we intimately made. They are both also very warm and friendly people, you can’t help but like them. It felt really good to have them be on our side, especially during the frequent ups and downs on the process. Pearl and Randy really did go above and beyond! I asked so many questions about everything under the sun and they didn’t hesitate to give me all the information needed to be able to make the best decisions for the sale of my home. We walked away with way above asking which was amazing:) We had the house listed for only a week and had many offers. They fully explained the comps in our area and even went so far as to come to my home, brought their own things to help stage it AND even helped clean!! (As a single mother, there was a lot to be done and I couldn’t do it by myself)
Top notch and definitely not your average joe agents. By far the best experience I could ever ask for. Selling or buying a home can be stressful, however, with this power couple I felt safe, secure, and able to trust them completely. House was on the market and sold within a month. Thank you so much again you guys:)

They were very good, there ethics of business was excellent quick and responsive.
