Penny and Whitney are a mother daughter team serving the Rogue Valley!

Penny and her husband have been in water waste development since1984, and she is very active in the community. Through this business, she has helped others in the community develop rural properties. She holds a seat on the Onsite Waste Water advisory board and O2WA Board.

Whitney has also been a huge part of the family business and knows Southern Oregon very well. She, too, is invovled with the community, and enjoys working alongside her mother in all aspects of their career. Together, Penny and Whitney are commited to your real estate needs.
