I had a wonderful experience working with Perry. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me to maximize showings as I was coming from out of state, and generally was great to partner with on buying my new home. In addition to helping me make my final selection, he offered recommendations in the area to perform my inspection, the termite inspection and ultimately a cleaning service to deep clean my new before moving. All of the companies he recommended were top notch which further solidified the thought that Perry had my best interest in mind.

My wife and I got so lucky to meet Perry. We saw more houses than most people would but he never stopped working with us and continued to work hard to find us the best house. We are moving to Muscle Shoals from out of state and we got lucky with Perry. He was calm and patient and went above and beyond. Perry was never pushy or trying to make us like a house. He listened to us and helped us find what was right for us. Perry was amazing I can’t say enough.
