When I first arrived in Breckenridge in 1994, I brought with me residential construction experience which has greatly enhanced my real estate career. Years spent as a builder have been a great asset to me as a Breckenridge realtor because my experience and knowledge can truly help buyers envision the full potential of a home. While working as a builder, I began to explore my passion for technology and web design. I successfully ran my own web development company for 8 years, helping many local Breckenridge businesses grow their online presence. My knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) led to high rankings for my customers. This insight into the workings of the internet and SEO has given him a keen awareness of the importance of social networks in this ever-changing era of technology. Today, I combine search engine rankings and social networking to create the greatest exposure possible to sell your home quickly.

I am also co-owner, with my wife Imane, of Book Breck Lodging, a vacation rental company specializing in Breckenridge vacation rentals. My work in this capacity serves both my buyers and sellers of Breckenridge real estate. I can advise my real estate buyers about what makes the best investment property for vacation rental purposes.
