We are first-time home buyers, and we connected with Peter when we decided to view a house on a whim. From the beginning, Peter was wonderful to work with - very patient, knowledgeable about remodeling and design work, always quick to respond, extremely accommodating whenever we asked to see a house last minute or put in an offer close to the wire, and honest with his thoughts and opinions. He went above and beyond to make sure we were making competitive offers, which was critical in this market and helped us secure our home with favorable terms. He also has a great sense of humor and fantastic taste, which definitely made the home-buying process much more enjoyable.

Peter was an incredible partner and I can’t recommend him strongly enough. He must have put in dozens of extra hours as we were searching our new home and selling our old home. From connecting us with contractors, to walking us through the process, to going above and beyond in every circumstance - Peter never stopped. We ran into a mold remediation project, and when we couldn’t be there - Peter met contractors at the new place and helped us secure bids. This is just one example of him stepping in to go above and beyond what one might expect from a realtor.

He negotiated a fantastic deal on our new house and got top dollar for the one we sold.

The fact that Peter has excellent taste, is kind, and hilarious is all BONUS. Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming and grueling, but working with Peter made the process enjoyable. You will not be disappointed!

We met Peter at an open house and immediately fell in love with the property. We didn’t have the intention to buy or sell at that point, but when we saw it we knew this house was meant for us.
