Peter Kudla

In 1984, Peter formed Beacon Hill Investments Inc., a multi-family housing development and investment firm. He then started Metropolitan Homes, Inc. in 1994, and in 2015 he co-founded K2 Residential Solutions with Greg Krause. Peter has been involved in the development and operations of over 10,000 residential units in the Denver Metro Area.
Notable Developments include Vallagio at Inverness (Transit Oriented Development), Crestmoor Heights, and Lowry’s The Met at Boulevard One.

Peter’s passion is philanthropy. Over the years he has been awarded for his humanitarian efforts and is actively involved in supporting Craig Hospital, Global Down Syndrome Foundation, Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center, as well as many other local and national organizations.
