For a busy professional with limited time to drive about town, Peter Lavin is the ideal agent to help you narrow down your search to find the home you want. I just purchased a home in Pasadena. I live in the SF Bay Area, but I needed to sell my rental property in the Hollywood Hills as quickly as I could; I called Alastair on a Tuesday afternoon, by Friday the house was listed and on the net complete with photographs and scheduled showings.
