Peter Lopez is an experienced Residential Real Estate Agent, Realtor, Investor, and Landlord who specializes in the acquisition, rehabbing, and disposition of REO and distressed single-family homes in the major Central Florida market.
Peter has vast experience working with Real Estate Investors, raising Private Capital, and managing rehab projects for himself and his clients. He is deeply knowledgeable in estimating repair/rehab costs and After Repaired Value(ARV), managing Contractors, repair crews, and dealing with Vendors, Suppliers, Construction Permits, and City Inspectors.
He is an active Member of Central Florida Real Estate Investors Association, (CFRI) where he served as a Board Member being the Operations Committee Chair, Co-Leader of the "Quick Turn, Flipping Houses" focus group.
He is an Accredited Buyer Representative A.B.R. Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist and Gold Key Certification designee by the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.)
