DeDe was born at George Air Force Base after which time her family moved to San Diego once her father retired from the United States Air Force to start his career as a commercial airline pilot for the beloved PSA and then US Airways. Pete was born in Vancouver, BC, and moved to the United States in 2000 to pursue his career in Investment Banking. In 2003, Pete moved to Mammoth to find a more balanced lifestyle and embark on his career in real estate. DeDe moved to Mammoth in 2003 to pursue rock climbing and to help her sister with her newborn son.

Pete and DeDe started their adventure together in 2003 when they met in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Pete and DeDe got married in Mammoth in 2005 and both of their kids were born there. While living in Mammoth, DeDe successfully founded and operated Mammoth Montessori Children’s House which served as an integral part of the community for nearly 10 years. Pete started his real estate career in Mammoth in 2003.

Pete and DeDe moved to San Diego in 2014 when DeDe’s father was diagnosed with brain cancer – Relocating allowed DeDe to spend time with her dad. DeDe and Pete decided to stay in San Diego to help DeDe’s mom and because it’s such an incredible place to live. San Diego has provided Pete and DeDe and their kids with so much opportunity – great schools, sports programs, outdoor activities, great people and a dynamic real estate market from which to build their careers.

In 2014, Pete became an American Citizen – something that he is very proud of. Pete and DeDe are a great team and bring plenty of transaction experience and knowledge. Pete & DeDe pride themselves on their work ethic, loyalty, trust and honesty and on their ability to help their clients successfully navigate the crazy world of real estate.
