Born and raised in Richmond, Peter has a true passion for the city and everything it has to offer. With a background in construction, renovation and sales, he brings value to his clients through his unique grasp on areas such as estimating costs, negotiation, and financing. Peter has over six years of experience in the real estate industry. His journey in real estate started back in college when he took an internship in Richmond with a local company focused on historic renovations, new construction, urban infill and development. From there, he spent time with both a national and regional builder in roles including Production Supervisor, Project Manager, and New Home Advisor. In these roles, he gained experience with all types of product including condominiums, townhomes, and single family homes ranging from 1,200-7,000+ SF.

Peter is a graduate of Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business with a degree in Marketing Management. When he is not serving his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and catching up with friends.
