Pete Rodway joined Neal Ward Properties in 2016 as part of the founding team that launched Compass San Francisco. His authentic charisma and interpersonal skills build immediate relationships with Clients, but that foundation is further strengthened through his sound guidance, astute analysis, keen design and nimble creativity throughout the ever-changing real estate process. Pete positions every property with a sense of appeal to each unique buyer. Prior to launching the Compass San Francisco Pete was a strategic growth manager for Compass HQ, where he established and grew markets across the country. As a growth manager, he saw the explosive expansion of Compass on a national scale, and through that expansion built lasting relationships with top brokers in each of Compass’ key markets. That network allows for local properties to be quickly and efficiently communicated and marketed to key buyers and stakeholders across the country and globe. .

With a degree in architecture from Cornell University, and a keen sense of design and aesthetic, Pete sells each property with a sense of appeal to each unique buyer.
