Peter Spinella

Pete has been servicing the needs of clients from all sectors, from large commercial transactions to more personal residential transactions. He began his career with a small firm in Florida specializing in investment properties. From there he went on to lead a commercial team in Fort Myers, FL, which grew to one of the largest in the state and was recognized as the top. He also earned the Coveted CoStar Award for Commercial Transactions and the Prudential Chairman's Circle award. He then returned to RI to raise his family. Peter has been a director on the Rhode Island Board of Realtors, Vice President then President of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors and has been recognized as Realtor of the Year. Prior to his career in real estate, he was a Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and Presidential Guard.
