About Peter

A dedication to professionalism, worldliness and a good sense of humor are some of the many qualities Peter Tomlinson brings to the table. Born in Chicago and raised in Michigan, he has what many refer to as a good Midwestern work ethic. For the past twenty years, Peter has nurtured his client base, which makes up a broad spectrum of Los Angeles professionals ranging from animators and attorneys to artists of all mediums including actors, producers, educators, architects and everyone in between.

After having served in the navy, completing two western Pacific tours via Asia and Australia, he settled in Silver Lake in 1984. He went on to establish himself as a drummer and percussionist in the local music scene during the early 1990s. Peter toured the US and Europe while recording with numerous bands, just prior to beginning his real estate career. Peter has an innate sense of what his clients need, which is why the majority of his business comes from referrals and repeat clientele.
