Peter was such a joy to work with. He helped us find the perfect home and knew immediately when a place wouldn't work for us. He deeply understood our wants and needs and made sure we bought a home we were happy with. He was also kind and lots of fun to tour with.

Peter will really listen to what you're looking for in a home and work tirelessly to make sure everything gets done quickly and correctly once you find "the one". He helped keep us on the timeline (as well as making sure the financial and seller did as well).

I highly recommend Peter—this was our first home purchase and he began by walking us through the process from start to finish. He was happy to answer any and all questions that popped into my head at any time and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way.

Peter guided us throughout our very long search process and was intent on finding us the right home, as well as not having us settle because the market was so busy. He happily toured house and house with us and pulled info right away when I requested a tour.

My husband Tom and I (Jane) have completed a very successful and happy experience with Peter Trautman, as we searched for a new home. We moved from out of state, and so not totally familiar with southern NH. Peter was invaluable in helping us search for just the right house/condo, and listened to all our concerns and desires we would like in our new home.
I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
